The immense challenges of climate change, financial collapse and resource depletion call on us to improve our capacity to deal with change. Forward thinking organizations around the world, including the White House and Fortune 500 corporations, are using systemic thinking tools to guide effective decision making.  Systemic thinking ensures more informed and confident decision-making, allowing us to understand issues and group in terms of their context and relationships.

Through lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice, participants will explore systemic thinking techniques and their application to day-to-day experiences and the path to sustainability, both professional and personal.
