Continuing Education for Nursing
Certificate in Integrative Nursing Practice
This 100 hour Certificate Program is design to help you become a competent Integral Practitioner with skill sets in healing communication, energetic touch modalities and caring presence. Through lecture and dialogue, experience and discussion, we will explore the current bio-energetic therapies, energy anatomy, caring and comfort skills, the use of essential oils, imagery and relaxation techniques, to cultivate an integral nursing practice that cares for the whole person. Upon completion you will possess enhanced healing arts skills enabling you to promote competence in the nursing technologies that support your patient's response to disease, illness and life challenges.
Format: 13 in class sessions meeting one weekday per month, February 2010 through January 2011. Classes meet from 9 am to 4 pm. Hands-on practicums will be assigned throughout for application in the field.

Cost: includes full day instruction, continental breakfast, lunch, syllabus and practicums. Participants will be responsible for textbooks.
$150 per Workshop* $1500 for entire Certificate
