Dominican Leadership Learning Laboratory

Dominican Leadership Learning Lab (DLLL) provides Dominican's executive MBA in Strategic Leadership (MBA-SL) students with a living laboratory for the study of leadership development, plus serves as a community consulting service to organizations throughout the Bay Area.  Executive MBA students are assigned to Bay Area executives to provide an analysis of their 360 degree assessment of their Leadership Impact. It offers students the opportunity to practice consulting skills while increasing their understanding of the multiple dimensions of establishing constructive organizational environments and leadership strategies used to create such organizational cultures.
