Brandon - Thursday, January 29, 2009 - I was watching the Daily Show the other day and couldn't help but relate to the guest interviewee that day...
Dana Perino, the Press Secretary of former President George Bush, was talking about the last days in the White House, and she said that being there was kinda like the last days of school before graduation, you know you have to leave, you know what day you're going to leave, and you know that those people you just spent four years with will be gone. A sad realization but a truthful one none the less.
So this is the last semester of college and fittingly the last semester for those of you who might be seniors in high school and reading this. I've decided to take a much more laid back approach to college and have signed up for what I think are very fun and interesting but easy classes. I've got History of Photography, History of Gardens, Cinema Production, and besides those three classes I've signed on to make a movie for the Student Life Office and will finish my Senior Thesis. Easy.
Will that, I have nothing more to say, its only week two of school and only 13 or so before the real world. Enjoy your new year, and for those seniors enjoy your time in high school.
