Dominican, Stanford Co-Host Humanities Symposium

Dominican University of California’s Graduate Humanities Program and Stanford University’s Master of Liberal Arts Program invite the public to attend a joint student and alumni symposium on Saturday, June 23 from noon until 5:30 p.m.

The event will be held in Dominican University’s Guzman Lecture Hall. Free parking is available at the intersection of Grand and Acacia Avenues in San Rafael. The event is free. Lunch is available for a small fee.

The symposium will feature student and alumni project and thesis presentations. Each 15-minute presentation will be followed by a Q & A period. Presentations will cover a range of topics, including bioethics, film, history, civil rights, literary studies, and women and gender studies.
