Academics
Dominican University of California offers a wide variety of academic programs in the areas of undergraduate, graduate, and extended education. Our focus on interdisciplinary studies encourages students to explore new pursuits, while our small classes enable faculty to support students in their ongoing areas of study and work.
Through undergraduate research, our students can practice what they’ve learned in the classroom while working with an expert in their field. Our Honors Program provides special enrichment opportunities for academically superior students. Each year, we showcase the work of students in all disciplines during the weeklong Academic Showcase. The Dominican Academic Scholars program was created by the Office of the Provost to honor students who have demonstrated high academic achievement in scholarship, research, or creative activity. For easy reference, the section below lists the main programs offered by the university.
