Matthew E. Mueller, CRC
Matthew is responsible for interpreting and applying relevant disability civil rights legislation, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Matthew grants accommodations to eligible students with disabilities; removes physical, interpersonal, and other environmental barriers; consults and collaborates with faculty; and trains the campus community on topics related to disability and accessibility. He is a helper and an advocate. As an executive function coach, Matthew supports students from diverse backgrounds with diverse needs to be their best selves. He is interested in Universal Design for Learning, anti-ableist practices, and using narrative to build awareness and develop empathy.
